DANZA NEURAL: – electricidad que nos mueve más allá de los nervios
La electricidad es la manifestación energética de la vida.
Un taller para danzar a la sensibilidad de la luz y explotar en movimiento.
Introducción:
Desde tiempos inmemoriales hemos temido y venerado esta fuerza de la naturaleza. Observar la descarga eléctrica de una tormenta es un fenómeno sobrecogedor. Sentir uno de estos rayos caer cerca de nosotros se convierte en una explosión de sensaciones en el cuerpo, donde todos nuestros músculos se tensan y la piel se crispa. Quizá sea por esta razón que nos fascina este elemento de la naturaleza. O tal vez sea porque la electricidad es una de las fuerzas fundamentales del universo, una muy fácil de percibir. Sin electricidad, no existiría nada.
También somos centrales eléctricas y baterías. Necesitamos, literalmente, recargarnos para poder vivir. Sin la electricidad que recorre el cuerpo no podríamos sentir y percibir el mundo alrededor, no podríamos movernos, moriríamos. La vida y la electricidad están estrechamente ligadas. Sin electricidad no existiría la danza.
Simultáneamente la electricidad conforma uno de los ‘cuerpos campo’ más evidentes con los que podemos trabajar en danza butoh. El cuerpo electromagnético, un cuerpo formado por la transformación del espacio ante el paso de la electricidad. Un cuerpo de alta sensibilidad y que varía su forma de manera excepcionalmente rápida.
Bailar a la velocidad del rayo, con su explosividad. Bailar desde la sensibilidad a los campos eléctricos de los cuerpos. Bailar con la mitología y la simbología del rayo. Danza neural.
Que trabajaremos en este taller:
-Sensibilidad profunda: nervios y corrientes eléctricas.
-Aislamiento muscular.
-Explosiones eléctricas. El espasmo.
-Activación neural. El movimiento antes del movimiento.
-Técnicas específicas sobre coreografías inspiradas en la electricidad: rayo, paraguas digital, etc.
-Improvisaciones sobre las técnicas practicadas.
-Improvisaciones sobre mitología y poética eléctrica.
Para quien va dirigido:
·La danza butoh favorece un aprendizaje no lineal que aprovecha la diversidad de participantes en el taller. Los talleres se pueden hacer en cualquier orden. El requisito es poder latir y respirar.

Introduction:
Since time immemorial we have feared and revered this force of nature. Observing the electrical discharge of a storm is an overwhelming phenomenon. Feeling one of these rays fall close to us becomes an explosion of sensations in the body, where all our muscles tense and the skin twitches. Perhaps it is for this reason that we are fascinated by this element of nature. Or maybe it’s because electricity is one of the fundamental forces in the universe, one that’s easy to perceive. Without electricity, nothing would exist.
We are also power plants and batteries. We literally need to recharge in order to live. Without the electricity that runs through the body we would not be able to feel and perceive the world around us, we would not be able to move, we would die. Life and electricity are closely linked. Without electricity there would be no dance.
Simultaneously, electricity forms one of the most obvious ‘field bodies’ with which we can work in butoh dance. The electromagnetic body, a body formed by the transformation of space before the passage of electricity. A highly sensitive body that changes its shape exceptionally quickly.
Dance at lightning speed, with its explosiveness. Dance from the sensitivity to the electric fields of the bodies. Dance with the mythology and symbology of lightning. Neural dance.
What we will work on in this workshop:
-Deep sensitivity: nerves and electrical currents.
-Muscle isolation.
-Electric explosions. The spasm.
-Neural activation. The movement before the movement.
-Specific techniques on choreography inspired by electricity: lightning, digital umbrella, etc.
-Improvisations on the techniques practiced.
-Improvisations on mythology and electrical poetry.
For whom it is addressed:
·Butoh dance favors non-linear learning that takes advantage of the diversity of participants in the workshop. Workshops can be done in any order. The requirement is to be able to beat and breathe.
