TALLER CREACIÓN COREOGRÁFICA – la INCUBADORA

Durante este taller trabajaremos la creación coreográfica, desde la concepción hasta la finalización de una pieza de danza o teatro físico

Introducción:
Crear supone manifestar el sueño. Generamos un puente entre lo invisible (una historia, una poesía, un concepto, un texto o una serie de imágenes, emociones o memorias) y lo material. Nuestro cuerpo y los elementos escénicos que lo acompañan son la forma en la que ese mundo invisible se materializa junto al público.
 
Cuando encaramos una creación coreográfica partimos del conocimiento y la experiencia acumulada en ocasiones previas. Ya sea a través de formaciones, producciones en las que hemos trabajado, o de la información acumulada al disfrutar de trabajos de otros creadores. Herramientas o técnicas que nos ayudan a atrapar lo intangible y convertirlo en tiempo, espacio y materia.

Así mismo, para llevar adelante cualquier creación, necesitamos comprender el proceso creativo para poder alimentarlo y potenciarlo. El proceso creativo es común a todas las creaciones, desde la creación artística hasta la creación de un proyecto empresarial. Si desconocemos estos engranajes, es fácil entrar en bucles creativos desde los que es muy difícil materializar el sueño que nos empuja a crear. 

En ocasiones esta mezcla de conocimiento y experiencia no satisface las necesidades de una creación en concreto. A veces es insuficiente. A veces, simplemente, necesitamos de un marco de trabajo que nos impulse para poner estas herramientas en práctica.

Este taller nutrirá tus procesos creativos y te dará herramientas y metodología concreta para enfrentar tu trabajo coreográfico. 

Que trabajaremos en este taller:
Trabajaremos la teoría a través de la práctica, experimentando con diferentes estratégias y métodos para enfrentar las diferentes fases del trabajo de construcción de una coreografía.
-Conceptualización, construcción, definición, desarrollo y puesta en escena.  

Trabajaremos en piezas de 8-10 minutos.

Por un lado te llevarás un marco teórico-práctico con el que encarar tus próximas creaciones y por otro una creación única y personal.

El trabajo se dividirá en trabajo de mesa, de laboratorio y de campo (ver incubadora), para poder dar forma concreta a todas las partes y necesidades de nuestra coreografía.

Le dedicaremos atención y cuidado a la semilla, al borrador, a la narrativa y los mapas de nuestra coreografía, a los ensayos y a la puesta en escena. También haremos muestras del trabajo desarrollado entre los participantes.

Finalmente, trabajaremos en el encuentro con la identidad propia de tu creación.

Recuerda que en 5 días puede que no tengas una pieza lista para el estreno, pero sí mucha experiencia práctica y teórica para hacerlo en el futuro.

INCUBATOR: Choreographic creation.

During this workshop we will work on choreographic creation, from conception to completion of a piece of dance or physical theater.

Introduction:
Creating means manifesting the dream. We create a bridge between the invisible (a story, a poem, a concept, a text or a series of images, emotions or memories) and the material. Our body and the stage elements that accompany it are the way in which this invisible world materializes together with the public.

When we face a choreographic creation, we start from the knowledge and experience accumulated on previous occasions. Either through formations, productions in which we have worked, or the information accumulated by enjoying the works of other creators. Tools or techniques that help us capture the intangible and convert it into time, space and matter.

Likewise, to carry out any creation, we need to understand the creative process in order to feed and enhance it. The creative process is common to all creations, from artistic creation to the creation of a business project. If we are unaware of these gears, it is easy to get into creative loops from which it is very difficult to materialize the dream that pushes us to create.

Sometimes this mixture of knowledge and experience does not meet the needs of a particular creation. Sometimes it is insufficient. Sometimes we simply need a framework that drives us to put these tools into practice.

This workshop will nurture your creative processes and give you concrete tools and methodology to face your choreographic work.

What we will work on in this workshop:
We will work the theory through practice, experimenting with different strategies and methods to face the different phases of the construction work of a choreography.
-Conceptualization, construction, definition, development and staging.

We will work in 8-10 minute pieces.

On the one hand you will take a theoretical-practical framework with which to face your next creations and on the other a unique and personal creation.

The work will be divided into table, laboratory and field work (see incubator), in order to give concrete shape to all the parts and needs of our choreography.

We will dedicate attention and care to the seed, the draft, the narrative and the maps of our choreography, the rehearsals and the staging. We will also make samples of the work developed among the participants.

Finally, we will work on the encounter with the identity of your creation.

Remember that in 5 days you may not have a piece ready for the premiere, but you will have a lot of practical and theoretical experience to do it in the future.
