When you use the contact form, you voluntarily provide your name and email address. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) to handle incoming communications.

Retention: emails are kept for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship. Form submissions are not stored in the website database.

Technical note: WPForms is configured not to store entries in the database. Messages are delivered only to the controller’s email inbox.

If you subscribe to the mailing list, you voluntarily provide your email address. The mailing service used is Mailrelay.

Purpose: to send you information about workshops, activities and news from matildecorp.

Retention: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

International transfers: Mailrelay is a service of Campaign Mailrelay S.L., a Spanish company. No transfers outside the European Economic Area take place.
