La temporada 23/24 Aula Nostra ha hecho un año de barbecho, fue una pausa necesaria para refrescar la pasión y la visión, y nos ha venido de lujo. Hemos podido contemplar todo lo recorrido y lo removido en los últimos cuatro años, cada año teniendo la riqueza de una vida entera.

Un nuevo horizonte
Para el curso que viene, Aula Nostra vuelve a la carga. Queremos seguir dónde lo hemos dejado: seguimos afinando la fuerza del butoh innato y continuamos a la búsqueda de territorios aún desconocidos. Estamos mejor capacitados para preparar la siguiente expedición. Y tenemos horizonte: La Erótica de la locura.

Aula Nostra tiene lugar de lunes a jueves, de 10h a 14h30, de octubre a mayo. Los lunes y martes clases de butoh innato y entrenamiento de cuerpo-mente-mundo. Dedicaremos los miércoles y jueves a la investigación-creación. Estamos armando nuestro paisaje y nuestras propuestas en torno a la Erótica de la locura. Si amas sin perder la cabeza tu amor es grisáceo. Si pierdes la cabeza sin amor, tu locura es veneno. Erótica de la locura pues…

Sumergirse varios meses de manera intensiva en la vida del cuerpo es una aventura tan arriesgada como enriquecedora. Aula Nostra es un lugar seguro donde intimar con la potencia y la fragilidad de tu existencia, para salir con ojos renovados y cuerpo ennoblecido.

Modalidades de participación
1. La participación completa a Aula Nostra: de lunes a jueves.
2. Habrá dos días abiertos para estudiantes intermitentes, los lunes y los martes, para mantener la llama de la danza encendida, seguir descubriendo y apropiándonos del butoh inasible. Se puede venir uno o dos días.
3. Los miércoles y jueves estarán abiertos solamente para antiguos alumnos de Aula Nostra que quieran aportar su presencia a la indagación en la Erótica de la locura. Para esta profundización, la participación implica la presencia los dos días, los ocho meses.

La Erótica de la locura
Hemos nacido para amar. Si bien todo el mundo parece estar de acuerdo con ello, no paramos de pelearnos acerca de las formas de amar. El amor es la solución que todos alaban pero nadie realmente entrena. El amor da miedo porque es preciso perder la cabeza para experimentarlo.
Kazuo Ohno afirmaba sin ambages que danzar es hacer el amor a la vida, que danzar intoxica, emborracha. La danza es una transformación de la persona cuando ésta se presta al movimiento que nos crea.

Si amas sin perder la cabeza, tu amor es grisáceo. Si pierdes la cabeza sin amor, tu locura es veneno.

Este año en Aula Nostra, la Erótica de la locura nos servirá de mapa para la investigación. Pensaremos y practicaremos un cuerpo desbordante de vida y pensaremos y practicaremos una mente en resonancia con la sin razón. El cuerpo que sueña, el cuerpo que desea, el cuerpo innato nos enseñará qué puede llegar a ser la danza.

The season 23/24 Aula Nostra has made a year of fallow, it was a necessary pause to refresh the passion and vision, and it has been a luxury for us. We have been able to contemplate all that we have travelled and all that has been stirred in the last four years, each year having the richness of a whole life.

A new horizon

For the next course, Aula Nostra returns to the load. We want to continue where we left off: we continue to hone the strength of the innate butoh and we continue to search for as yet unknown territories. We are better able to prepare the next expedition. And we have a horizon: The Erotics of Madness.

Aula Nostra takes place from Monday to Thursday, from 10h to 14h30, from October to May. On Mondays and Tuesdays there will be classes of inborn butoh and body-mind-world training. Wednesdays and Thursdays will be dedicated to research-creation. We are building our landscape and our proposals around the Erotics of madness. To immerse oneself for several months intensively in the life of the body is an adventure as risky as it is enriching. Aula Nostra is a safe place to become intimate with the power and fragility of your existence, to leave with renewed eyes and an ennobled body.

Modalities of participation

1. Full participation in Aula Nostra: from Monday to Thursday.
2. There will be two open days for intermittent students, on Mondays and Tuesdays, to keep the flame of dance burning, to continue discovering and appropriating the ungraspable butoh. You can come for one or two days.
3. Wednesdays and Thursdays will be open only to former students of Aula Nostra who wish to contribute their presence to the enquiry into the Erotics of madness. For this deepening, the participation implies the presence of both days, the eight months.

The Erotics of madness

We are born to love. Although everyone seems to agree with this, we are constantly fighting about the ways to love. Love is the solution that everyone praises but no one really trains. Love is scary because you have to lose your mind to experience it.
Kazuo Ohno stated unequivocally that dancing is making love to life, that dancing intoxicates, intoxicates. Dance is a transformation of the person when it lends itself to the movement that creates us.

If you love without losing your head, your love is greyish. If you lose your head without love, your madness is poison.

This year in Aula Nostra, the Erotics of madness will serve as a map for research. We will think and practice a body overflowing with life and we will think and practice a mind in resonance with unreason. The body that dreams, the body that desires, the innate body will teach us what dance can be.
