Aquí, trabajaremos en la formación de un «cuerpo escénico total», un cuerpo capaz de vaciarse de sí mismo y convertirse en hueco que pueda dar espacio a cualquier contenido, ya sea una persona, un animal, un objeto o un concepto. Ser hueco es un ejercicio de funambulismo imposible con el objetivo de desaparecer. Este hueco es un canal que conecta emociones, imaginación y fisicalidad, liberándose del tiempo y permitiendo una comunicación en 360 grados. Llegamos al hueco con honestidad y humildad, con entrega y arrojo.
Además, exploraremos los cuatro roles esenciales que todo artista escénico debe mantener activos en todo moment; ejecutante, público, coreógrafo y director. Aprenderemos a crear espacios escénicos impactantes y a adaptarnos a diferentes tipos de público.
En este laboratorio, romperemos fronteras y sustituiremos prohibiciones y obligaciones por un compromiso auténtico y una entrega total. Los límites estarán marcados por la verdad viva de cada momento en lugar de seguir cánones y leyes preestablecidas.

Join an exciting journey of stage exploration in which you will challenge your own conception of the stage. Through the TeatroTotal philosophy, create a «total performing body», capable of making space for any content and using your own creations as a research tool. Explore the four essential roles of the performing artist and learn to break boundaries with authenticity and total commitment, discovering a unique way of making theatre in this 9-month laboratory!
Here, we will work on the formation of a «total performing body», a body capable of emptying itself of itself and becoming hollow that can give space to any content, be it a person, an animal, an object or a concept. Being hollow is an exercise of impossible funambulism with the aim of disappearing. This hollow is a channel that connects emotions, imagination and physicality, freeing itself from time and allowing 360 degree communication. We reach the gap with honesty and humility, with surrender and courage.
In addition, we will explore the four essential roles that every performing artist must keep active in every moment; performer, audience, choreographer and director. We will learn how to create powerful performance spaces and how to adapt to different types of audiences.
In this laboratory, we will break boundaries and replace prohibitions and obligations with authentic commitment and total dedication. The limits will be marked by the living truth of each moment instead of following pre-established canons and laws.
