UMBRAL NEURAL: Ni luz, ni oscuridad; El espacio eléctrico.

Un taller para danzar en la frontera donde el ser y la vida se desconocen mutuamente.

Este taller explora la intersección entre la danza y la comprensión del cuerpo, invitando a los participantes a experimentar y dar forma a su sistema nervioso a través del movimiento y la imaginación, explorando los impulsos eléctricos que los atraviesan y las sensaciones que de estos emanan.

El relámpago no pregunta dónde caer. No distingue entre el árbol centenario y la hierba efímera. Simplemente es, desciende y transforma. En su descarga no hay discernimiento, solo potencia pura. La experiencia de ese instante, cuando el cielo rompe su silencio y atraviesa la materia, crea un espacio vacío donde habitualmente existe la separación que tan pronto como ha llegado, desaparece. 

No somos ni conductores perfectos, ni aislantes absolutos. Cada célula de nuestro cuerpo, cada membrana, cada sinapsis existe en ese umbral eléctrico donde la definición se diluye. La corriente que nos atraviesa ¿quién es?. Nuestros nervios son ríos de potencial indefinido, cascadas de impulsos en caída libre. ¿puedo fluir en esa corriente? ¿puedo contenerla, dirigirla, potenciarla?  

El camino neural es una paradoja en movimiento. Un espacio incógnito donde la energía que nos anima niega ser atrapada por definiciones. Ni está dentro, ni está fuera. Nos recorre como el agua recorre la orilla, dibujando y borrando simultáneamente su presencia en nosotros.

En este cuerpo imposible, el campo electromagnético transforma el espacio sin pedirle permiso al tiempo. Un pensamiento danzante reconfigura la materia a velocidades que la conciencia apenas puede intuir. El misterio no está en comprender la electricidad, sino en permitir que ella nos comprenda.

Danzar cada impulso que atraviesa el nervio, danzar en la ausencia momentánea de señal. Movimiento salvaje que relampaguea desde el sueño que existe al descargar toda la vida acumulada, movimiento suspendido que existe cuando la corriente deja de ser y aún no ha vuelto a ser. Territorio vacío donde la identidad eléctrica se desvanece y renace con cada espasmo.

Este taller propone adentrarse en la incertidumbre neuronal, donde cada impulso es una pregunta que no busca respuesta sino más preguntas.

La llave no es la sensibilidad, sino la capacidad de desaprender lo que creemos sentir.

Abanico de territorios a explorar:

• Sensaciones eléctricas: despojarse del saber. Abandonar las certezas del sistema nervioso y abrirse a la sensibilidad profunda de las corrientes eléctricas que nos habitan.
• En el silencio de la sinapsis, el músculo se escucha. Danzar en la pausa entre impulsos, explorar el control preciso del movimiento, la quietud que precede a la explosión, el vacío que sigue.
• Espasmos ancestrales, la memoria en la descarga. Liberar la energía primigenia en explosiones eléctricas, conectar con los patrones de movimiento instintivos que resuenan en nuestro cuerpo.
• El movimiento latente, el cuerpo como río. Sentir la activación neural, el impulso que precede a la acción, experimentar el cuerpo como un flujo constante de potenciales eléctricos.
• Coreografías de luz, el cuerpo campo. Expandir la percepción del cuerpo como un campo de energía en resonancia con el espacio. 
• La belleza del error, la danza de la interferencia. Celebrar la espontaneidad del movimiento, encontrar la creatividad en la exploración del error, abrazar la imperfección como fuente de inspiración.
• Mitos eléctricos, el viaje a lo desconocido. Dejarse guiar por la mitología y la poesía, explorar los espacios incógnitos donde la electricidad se convierte en pregunta, danzar en el misterio.

¿Para quién?

·La experiencia de cada participante es simultáneamente única y universal. No hay prerrequisitos conceptuales, la secuencia es irrelevante. Lo único necesario es la disposición a habitar el misterio.
·Este espacio acoge todo tipo de cuerpos, especialmente aquellos que dudan de sus propios límites.

A workshop to dance at the frontier where being and life mutually ignore each other.

This workshop explores the intersection between dance and body awareness, inviting participants to experience and shape their nervous system through movement and imagination, exploring the electrical impulses that flow through them and the sensations that emanate from them.

Introduction:

Lightning doesn’t ask where to fall. It doesn’t distinguish between the ancient tree and the ephemeral grass. It simply is, descends, and transforms. In its discharge, there is no discernment, only pure power. The experience of that instant, when the sky breaks its silence and pierces matter, creates an empty space where separation usually exists, which disappears as soon as it arrives.

We are neither perfect conductors nor absolute insulators. Every cell in our body, every membrane, every synapse exists in that electrical threshold where definition dissolves. The current that flows through us, who is it? Our nerves are rivers of undefined potential, waterfalls of impulses in free fall. Can I flow in that current? Can I contain it, direct it, enhance it?

The neural path is a paradox in motion. An unknown space where the energy that animates us refuses to be trapped by definitions. It is neither inside nor outside. It runs through us like water runs along the shore, simultaneously drawing and erasing its presence in us.

In this impossible body, the electromagnetic field transforms space without asking time for permission. A dancing thought reconfigures matter at speeds that consciousness can barely intuit. The mystery is not in understanding electricity, but in allowing it to understand us.

To dance every impulse that crosses the nerve, to dance in the momentary absence of signal. Wild movement that flashes from the dream that exists when all accumulated life is discharged, suspended movement that exists when the current ceases to be and has not yet returned to be. Empty territory where electrical identity fades and is reborn with each spasm.

This workshop proposes delving into neuronal uncertainty, where each impulse is a question that seeks not an answer but more questions.

The key is not sensitivity, but the ability to unlearn what we believe we feel.

• Electrical sensations: shedding knowledge. Abandoning the certainties of the nervous system and opening up to the deep sensitivity of the electrical currents that inhabit us.
• In the silence of the synapse, the muscle is heard. Dancing in the pause between impulses, exploring the precise control of movement, the stillness that precedes the explosion, the emptiness that follows.
• Ancestral spasms, memory in the discharge. Releasing primordial energy in electrical explosions, connecting with the instinctive movement patterns that resonate in our body.
• Latent movement, the body as a river. Feeling neural activation, the impulse that precedes action, experiencing the body as a constant flow of electrical potentials.
• Choreographies of light, the body field. Expanding the perception of the body as an energy field in resonance with space.
• The beauty of error, the dance of interference. Celebrating the spontaneity of movement, finding creativity in the exploration of error, embracing imperfection as a source of inspiration.
• Electrical myths, the journey into the unknown. Letting oneself be guided by mythology and poetry, exploring the unknown spaces where electricity becomes a question, dancing in mystery.

This space welcomes all types of bodies, especially those who doubt their own limits.

Each participant’s experience is simultaneously unique and universal. There are no conceptual prerequisites, the sequence is irrelevant. The only thing necessary is the willingness to inhabit the mystery.
